Please carry your PRCA contestant and companion cards at all times.
Upon entering the contestant parking, please provide your PRCA contestant and companion pass for the gate volunteer to check you in from the entry list.
*Barrel Racers & Barrel Racer Companions, you'll need to provide ID for gate volunteer to check you in off of the contestant entry list*
--> All other individuals (friends & family of contestants) will be required to purchase tickets from this website or in person. *Tickets are known to sell out. Please purchase tickets in advance to secure spots.
--> *Remember - if you pull into contestant parking with individuals who are not your 1 companion nor your children, you will be asked to drop them off outside of contestant parking, where they will be instructed to purchase tickets at the front entrance of the grandstand.
Attention Rodeo Contestants & Officials
If you attended our event in 2022, please review the map (below) of changes - including: parking locations, arena layout, additional vendor buildings, cowboy meet and greet location. We have no access to outdoor arena nor the horse stable.
Contestant Entrance & Exit:
--> Gate 2
Contestants *Only* are invited to join our sponsors in the VIP tent areas to enjoy hospitality food and covered seating. *Companions may not enter VIP areas.*
Contestant & Companion Notes & Perks:
--> No hookups available within contestant parking.
--> All Livestock must be contained to the contestant parking area.
--> No livestock, other than those competing are permitted on the grounds.
--> Please keep dogs contained inside contestant parking.
--> Enjoy Private Contestant & Companion Porta Potties.
--> Enjoy Private Contestant & Companion Snack Area.
--> Enjoy Private Companion Seating.
--> Enjoy Sports Medicine

Cowboy Meet and Greet:
Contestants - Please attend our cowboy meet and greet - Friday & Saturday from 5pm-6pm, for autographs and pictures.
Vendor Marketplace:
Contestants & Companions - Please attend the Vender Marketplace which will be open from 1pm-9pm both Friday and Saturday. *Free Admission*
Friday, Sept. 22nd - "Salute to the Red, White, & Blue" Night!
Contestants & Companions - 21+ Please join us at the "Cowboy Clubhouse" for the Rodeo After Party! Enjoy the live DJ, Bar and light snacks.
Saturday, Sept. 23rd - Family Day!
Bring the kids during the day to enjoy bounce houses, face painting, and more
